The Harpeth Valley Utilities District is a nonprofit public utility providing water and wastewater services to customers in portions of Davidson, Williamson and Cheatham Counties, Tennessee.

The District was formed and organized in 1959 pursuant to the Utilities District Law of 1937, Tennessee Code Annotated Section 7-82-101, et seq.
