Richland, LLC's custom fabrication and assembly facility
is located in a 60,000 square foot facility in Pulaski, Tennessee. Our contract
manufacturing services provide spare parts and new equipment on behalf of the original
equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) for numerous products. The design and the brand name remain the proprietary
property of the OEM. Our equipment builds usually involve purchased steel, aluminum,
or stainless steel in various shapes and sizes to meet the customers specification.
Our OEM equipment builds often involve
certified welding, mechanical work (piping, pumps, motors, etc) and electrical panels
and connections. Our welders are certified to ASME Section IX standards for SMAW,
GMAW, and GTAW welding processes.
The Richland customer base for OEM equipment and miscellaneous metal fabrications
include the Water & Wastewater, Automotive, Foundry, Pulp & Paper, Military,
Trucking, Food, and Chemical Processing Industries.

Richland, LLC can supply, assemble, fabricate, install,
and test run equipment that involves mechanical or electrical components. We also
provide sandblasting, painting, and hot dip galvanizing services for large pieces
of equipment.
